Appetizers
Now we don't really know what was eaten at the wedding, but here are some appetizers that would work!

Cucumber Lily & Stuffed Vegetables Cucumber Lily
Have ready the following:
-thin slices unpeeled cucumber
-3-inch carrot sticks

Instructions:
Gently fold the cucumber slice around the base of the acrrot stick. Fold a second slice around the stick from the other side. These form the lily petals, with a carrot stamen in the center. Fasten with a pick, being careful to catch all four lapped edges of the cucumber as well as piercing the carrot stick. Wrap flowers lightly in a moistened paper towel and refrigerate until ready to use as garnish.

Stuffed Vegetables
Have ready the following:
-any type of vegetables you want to use. (suggestions: snow pea pods, mushrooms, leeks, cherry tomatoes)

-lemon thyme
